Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform, as required by COPPA and Philippine law.   • Facilitate licensing transactions and process payments via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  • Personalize your experience, such as recommending Content or limiting features for younger users (e.g., disabling infinite scroll per Utah and Arkansas laws).
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Philippine laws, including COPPA, CCPA, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activities, such as unauthorized Content uploads.

  • With Other Users: Your uploaded Content and public profile information (e.g., username, profile picture) are visible to other users as part of the Platform’s functionality.

  • Payment Processors: Transaction details are shared with Apple Pay or Google Pay to process payments.

5. Data Protection for Minors
